Worst customer service ever!
I placed an order a month and a half ago and still have not received it. I had to email 5 times before getting a response.
They told me they were waiting for one of the items to be in stock before sending the order. When the date came in which they said the item will be in stock, still no email with shipping confirmation. I had to blast them with emails once again. They said they shipped the order but without the item that has not been in stock for a month and a half.
They could have shipped the items right away that were in stock and let me know one item was not available.
Anyways I still have not received any of the items! Terrible customer service/shady company

I had ordered two tubes of hair color yesterday and a bottle of developer!
Looking this morning, I seem to have got charged three separate times for the exact same order.
Once on my debit And twice on my credit card.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The products I ordered a little later than expected, but the order was fine.
I ordered Matrix hair colors 506NA and 507N on 2/20/2024 and $35.41 was charged to my credit card. I was notified they was a delay in shipping, but wanted to be assured that my order was still going to be shipped.

Delivery time
I placed my order on 9/19/20 they didn't ship it until 10 days later, 9/29/20 I just received it today 10/2/20. Hair products should not take 13 days to arrive. This is exactly why Amazon is taking over, supply and demand and you have to be able to keep up!

Never recieved order
I placed an order, my credit card was charged. I never received a shipping notification so I tried to contact them via their supposed chat, email and customer service.
I was not able to get ahold of anyone.
I called the store thinking it was the same thing, but it's not and they will not help you at all. Don't order from this company!

Does not work
I purchased the Brighton facial serum, buy one get one free, for $49.95. I have not finished the first bottle and I received another bottle yesterday and was charged another $49.95.
I called them and they said that they send a bottle every 60 days. I told them that I wanted to return this one, and I was told that I could not return a second shipment. They did cancel my account, but now I am out $99.90 for a product that does not work. And on top of that, the pump on the bottle was defective and I have to open the bottle every time I use it.
The large bottle is a big farce.
Product is only in the very top of the bottle. I do not recommend this company.

Horrible customer service
I ordered Brighten Beauty products: the daily facial serum and the eye repair gel. I have sensitive skin.
I used both products for 3 days and the eye repair gel burned my skin. The daily facial serum did not have the same effect on my skin. I called today to return the eye gel only. The girl gave me such a hard time.
I read the letter I got from Brighten Beauty' Nancy Cunningham to the person on the phone. "one of the strongest money-back guarantees in the industry...with a 60 day full refund".
The girl asked me if I spoke with my doctor.. Also told me there was a $9.95 restocking fee to each bottle.
No full refund. Pathetic!
